The form is intended for business enquiries only. This notice describes its technical processing; the final statutory controller details and approved retention policy must be confirmed by the contracting business.
What you choose to send
The form asks for a name, business email, company, website, relevant products, target markets and the message you enter. We ask for consent to process those details in order to review and respond to the enquiry. Please do not include confidential drawings, customer lists or sensitive personal information.
How the message is stored
Submitted enquiries are held in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database configured with an EU jurisdiction. They are not published on the website. The record includes a unique reference and a notification status for operational checks.
Email notifications
Where configured, an email notification may be sent using Resend and includes the business enquiry details. The database remains the source of record even if a notification email is delayed or rejected. No automatic sales replies are sent to submitters from this form.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and other basic validation to reduce automated submissions. Turnstile may process device and request information needed for verification. For more about Cloudflare's service, see its privacy documentation.
Use and retention
Information is intended for business enquiry handling and is not sold or automatically added to marketing broadcast lists. Retention and deletion requests are handled in line with the applicable privacy policy of the responsible legal entity. The identity of the final contracting/controller entity and the approved retention schedule must be documented before launch sign-off.
